Another way to help the environment is to reuse. The second R. Reusing means using an object you would normally throw away again. When you reuse, you are saving resources. You can reuse a paper grocery bag as a recycling bin. Instead of using rubber gloves once, you can reuse them as gardening gloves. Instead of using a plastic straw once, replace it with a metal straw that you can reuse countless times. There are many more things you can reuse, but for starters just try these. Remember, be prepared, be aware, be an awareness spreader.
